  1. Jackson R. Says:

Summary: The Inheritors by William Golding is a story of two groups of early humans, the Neanderthals, and the Homo sapiens coming across each other and how they meet. The story is told from the viewpoint of Lok a Neanderthal.

Evaluation: I think William Golding wrote a very good book, but the only thing I didn’t like was it was hard to follow sometimes, and there were some big words that I did not get, but other than that it was a great book; I would recommend this book to a friend.

Summary: The Inheritors is about the Neanderthals and the early Homo sapiens. Both peoples begin to get glimpses of the others. This book is about what happens when these two species come into contact with each other.

Evaluation: I really enjoyed reading this book even though at times it was slightly hard to understand. It was an interesting version of the theory of evolution.

    Rating: 4/5

Recommendations: Percy Jackson series, The Lord of the Rings, Bartimaeus trilogy
